The importance of practiced type consulting is felt through researcher activity in a major company think tank, and practiced type strategy consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises is under promotion now.

Peter Nichols
オーストラリア「クィーンズランド大学経営学部財政学科」を卒業後アーサー・アンダーセンに入社し約13年活躍。実践型セールス戦略としての世界的インストラクターとしてアンダーセン本社ではワールドワイドトップ1000社のアンダーセン顧客のマーケティング及びセールス戦略の責務を行いシニアセールス・インストラクター7名中の1人となった。
その後朝日監査法人（Asahi & CO Managing Partner ）勤務しNTT、大阪ガス、住友銀行、JR東日本、NECの「アカウントセールストレーニング」を行った。日本の中小企業向け戦略コンサルの必要性に強い関心をもちストラマネジメントデザイン設立に参画。日本留学経験もあり日本語は堪能、趣味は環境活動、アウトドア。
高村 勲
ISAO TAKAMURA
大学卒業後、約14年間の銀行勤務及びアリコジャパン、オリックスフィナンシャル勤務を通じて金融全般・コンサルティング業務に従事。その後独立しストラマネジメントデザイン創立に参画。法人向けコスト削減コンサルティング・リクスマネジメントの第一人者としてその評価は内外ともに高く活動を展開している趣味は中国拳法、ヌンチャク、ゴルフ等、体を動かすことが大好きである。
